“Ummmm, The Meter Says $4.50, Homie”

How tacky is it to ask for the coin change back? Taxi drivers don’t even give it to you, they just round up. I know 60 cent can feed your fam for a week, but I’m trying to get a small coffee. It’s bad enough they charge us to stop. I was thinking if I jump out the car while it’s still moving, would I save fourty cents? It’s so blasphemous for a MetroCard-carrying New Yorker to even ride in cab, but I was later.

that reminds me when the waitress didn’t give my mom back her change, like coin change.. my mom had left a big tip on the table but when the waitress decided to pocket her .35 she took her $5 LMFAO.

LMAO. That my m.o. too, they need to understand that that 35 cents belonged to me to use as I see fit, not for them to pocket. SMH…she just lost a $5 tip…lol
