House For SaleThis old ratty-looking guy in The Village had some a astroturf and little picket fence with the House For Sale sign on Sixth Avenue. I really thought he was a bum trying to sell the sidewalk, until I realized he was playing Old School House Music. Sometimes I really crack myself up.
